Shane Smith is the co-owner and drive behind Flint Hills Ag Aviation, LLC. Having worked alongside some of the largest landowners in northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas, he has worked tirelessly to provide the best experience and most cost-effective solution to meet the customer’s needs. Shane is passionate about the industry and enjoys every day by continuing to learn and advance his knowledge. Flint Hills Ag Aviation has been a dream for several years and at last, has become a reality.

Heather Smith
Heather Smith, Shane’s wife, and co-owner of Flint Hills Ag Aviation, is a Supply Chain professional with nearly 20 years of Oil & Gas, Accounting, and Project Management experience. With Shane’s support, Heather has applied her business acumen on projects in the North Slope of Alaska, Alberta, Canada, and around the United States. Now, Heather is working with Shane to make his dream a reality, building a family legacy by opening Flint Hills Ag Aviation to serve the communities and surrounding areas of Elk County, Kansas.
